What is it?
PML is a management and leadership training program unlike any other. Through an interactive, participant-based experiential training exercise, an environment is created that helps participants to better understand their own leadership style, be prepared for the unexpected, recognize the need for change, and become a more effective leader.

PML provides them the opportunity to learn who they really are, how they will respond in high pressure situations, and ultimately recognize the consequences of their decisions – good or bad.
