Owner of PML Programs, and a 1982 graduate of PML. Phil has used PML as a training tool over the past 25 years to train managers and supervisors from a number of businesses and industries. He acquired the PML Programs business following the unexpected death of previous owner and friend, Dan McLeod. Phil has over twenty-five years experience in Human Resource Management working in both non-union and union environments in several manufacturing segments, but always with a focus on positive employee relations and union-free operations.

Senior Consultant for PML Programs, Claude has been mentoring participants in PML for nearly 30 years. Claude IS PML, to the thousands of participants who have attended his programs. He is one of the main reasons they remember PML so vividly, and value the lessons learned. Claude’s professional background over the past 30 years includes multiple assignments in Manufacturing Management, Human Resources, and Environmental, Health and Safety.

Senior Consultant for PML Programs, Jerry has been involved in providing PML to our clients since 1995. Jerry has almost 40 years of management experience, most of it in a manufacturing environment. He has worked as a Manufacturing Manager, General Manager, Division Human Resource Manager, Corporate Trainer, and others. In addition, Jerry has eighteen years experience as a Dale Carnegie Course Instructor.
